Through this enduring objective, we were appointed as an 'international' representative for a sovereign nation in South America, to facilitate the development of their social and business initiatives.

Kaiser McKenzie Law Group is among the pioneers in specific practice areas of commercial and retail debt mitigation law. Subsequent to its amalgamation in 2009, the KMLG objective is to remain globally minded, and acutely responsive to its clients and market perspectives.

Mediation: A form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), this is a way of resolving disputes between two or more parties.
A third party, which is the mediator (selected by Kaiser Mackenzie) or its specialist associates assist the parties in negotiating their own settlement (facilitative mediation).

CRG, a renewables energy, natural gas and fossil fuel development unit, tasked with the mandate to acquire and develop energy assets globally.
With the select objective to develop such assets in ‘emerging market’ regions, CRG’s responsibility is two-fold, identify specific geographic regions which fit our core developmental requirements, and establish both local and international partnerships to enhance those asset(s) capabilities.
